VICTORIANS' CITY PROJECT

VICTORIANS’ CITY is a massive real estate development project of a smart town at BUSISI, Mwanza Tanzania; with a size of 200,000 acres, the budget of Euro 23.1 Billions. The City coordinate African film industry as a real time operating studio. The City studios will consist of business parks, commercial buildings, public facilities, residence areas, hotels, sports center and massive agriculture for food security.  

Tanzania tourism’s data raises from 788,933 tourists in 2021 2.4 Million tourists in 2022 according to World Tourism Barometer’s report which states that, Tanzania hold 2nd position in Africa and 10th world’s position for high number of incoming tourists, while the number is still rise by 19% up to September 2022. With THE ROYAL TOUR, HON. DR. SAMIA SULUHU HASSAN raised the data and unlock the possibilities for VICTORIANS’ CITY which will stands her LEGACY in film industry, tourism, technology, entertainment and Creative industry.
